Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Personalized and custom orders may require additional processing time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options for US orders:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — $5.99
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $12.99
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50!
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time but may be offered in the future.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@twoheartsmade.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
Personalized & Custom Orders Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. If we made an error, we will replace your item at no charge.
