Refund & Return Policy
At Two Hearts Made, we take pride in the quality of every item we create. Your satisfaction means everything to us!
Standard Items We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@twoheartsmade.com with your order number and reason for return.
Personalized & Custom Orders Because personalized and custom items are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless there is a defect or an error on our part. Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order.
If we made an error on your custom item, we will replace it at no charge — just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@twoheartsmade.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color on a non-personalized item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Sale Items All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
